- Information Collection and Use
Information about you personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, phone number that are collected and received online are considered personal and confidential.
We have taken every precaution to assure that online financial information including credit card and/or banking data collected and received online to pay for camper services, fees, products and donations, and any other Fort related online items or services that you request are safe and secure.
From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about camper opportunities, purchases, products, etc., as well as changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
By using our system, it indicates you agree with our policies and procedures.
- Credit Card Information and Storage
We do not store or back up any credit card and/or banking information onsite on our server. Information is stored by Fort’s management software Circuitree and/or the credit card vendor which holds the highest PCI security ratings.
Fort uses technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and is automatically transmitted in secure encrypted form to only our authorized servers. Fort has also obtained a digital certificate from Geo Trust, Inc, a leading provider of Internet Trust Services.
Credit card information will be processed securely and if applicable, any hard copy information deleted/destroyed in a timely manner upon receipt. All hard copies are stored appropriately and securely until processed then destroyed.
- Information Sharing and Disclosure
Fort Wilderness Ministries does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with any third party. We do not use cookies.
It may be necessary - by law, legal process, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities - for Fort to disclose personal information. We may be obligated to disclose information about you for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance where disclosure is necessary or appropriate.
